A Preject AI planner is an interactive web visualiser that allows homeowners to upload a photo of their own home or outdoor area and see realistic visual concepts—such as exterior paint colour combinations, landscaped gardens and turf, or cleaned driveways and pavers.

You upload a clear photo of your space from a mobile phone or computer, select the surface areas or style options you want to explore (such as wall surfaces, garden arrangements, or paving finishes), and our material-trained AI engine renders transformed visual previews showing how the space could look.

No. AI-generated visualisations are purely illustrative concepts designed for aesthetic exploration and planning. Actual physical outcomes depend on the physical condition of the property, surface preparation, specific materials applied, environmental factors, and professional contractor execution.

Yes. When using a planner on a participating contractor’s website, you can submit your generated concept photo alongside your project details, suburb location, and contact information directly to the contractor to request an accurate quotation.

Preject provides an embeddable widget code and button script that can be embedded directly into your website. Our onboarding team assists you with setup, customising your brand colours, logo placement, trade services, and enquiry destination emails.

Yes. Preject AI Planners work with standard website platforms, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and custom HTML/React sites. You keep your current domain and existing web host while embedding an interactive planning tool.

We currently offer three production-ready AI planners: (1) Paint by Preject for interior and exterior painting contractors; (2) Landscape by Preject for residential landscapers, turf layers, and garden designers; and (3) Pressure Wash Pro for exterior cleaning and surface restoration businesses. A Concrete planner is currently in development (Coming Soon).

When a visitor submits an enquiry through your planner, you receive an instant email notification containing the homeowner’s uploaded space photo, selected visual style or colour palette, estimated budget tier, suburb location, target timeline, and direct contact details.

Yes. AI planners require a monthly access subscription ($199/month for Paint or Pressure Wash Pro, $399/month for Landscape) following an initial one-off setup fee ($99 for Paint or Pressure Wash, $499 for Landscape). This fee covers dedicated cloud GPU compute, AI image generation, image hosting, widget maintenance, and customer enquiry delivery.

Yes. You do not need to purchase a new website from Preject. Our AI planners are designed to embed smoothly into your current website, allowing you to upgrade your visitor experience without rebuilding your online presence.

Preject offers three fixed-price website packages designed specifically for trade businesses: (1) Starter Website ($999, up to 5 custom pages) for essential online presence; (2) Professional Website ($1,499, up to 9 custom pages) with dedicated service pages and deeper galleries; and (3) Premium Website ($1,999, up to 12 custom pages) for established businesses with multi-trade capabilities.

We require your business details, branding assets (logo, colours), photos of recent projects, details of your trade services, service areas/suburbs, and contact information. If you don’t have professional copy or photos, our team guides you through collecting and structuring your materials.

Our build workflow follows four structured steps: (1) Discovery & Content Briefing, where we gather your business assets; (2) Custom Design & Architecture Draft, creating tailored mobile-first layouts; (3) Client Review & Revisions, ensuring your approval on all content; and (4) Technical Launch, including domain connection, SSL setup, and basic search engine indexing.

You retain ownership of the business content and branding you provide. Your completed website is delivered with the usage and handover rights set out in your agreement. Preject may retain ownership of reusable components, tools and proprietary technology used in the build. If you would like to manage or host your website independently, contact us to discuss the handover process.

We offer two transparent ongoing options: (1) Website Maintenance ($149/month), which includes secure Australian cloud hosting, automated daily backups, security monitoring, and regular content update requests; or (2) Standalone Cloud Hosting ($29/month) for clients who prefer managing their own site updates while keeping fast, reliable hosting.

Yes. Clients on our $149/month Website Maintenance plan can submit routine text adjustments, photo additions, and service updates as part of their monthly service. Clients without a maintenance plan can request updates on an ad-hoc basis at standard rates.

No. All Preject monthly subscriptions (AI planners and website maintenance) operate on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into long-term contracts.

You can cancel any monthly planner subscription or website maintenance plan at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Access remains active through the conclusion of the paid notice period.

Yes. All prices quoted on our website and marketing materials are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable GST and invoicing breakdowns are detailed on your commercial agreement and tax invoices.

The Concrete planner is currently under active development and listed as Coming Soon. We are testing material-specific prompt anchoring for exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, and honed finishes before releasing it commercially. Existing subscriptions do not include immediate access to upcoming planners until officially released.

No. Preject does not currently operate a homeowner lead-distribution or lead-generation network. All enquiries generated by your embedded planner come directly from visitors using the tool on your own business website.

Preject is exploring future opportunities to connect homeowners who use our central demonstration planners with reputable, participating contractors in their local area. This feature is in planning and is not currently operational. A current subscription does not guarantee future lead distribution or priority allocation.
